Halaa Platform

13 August 20267Articles
01Article One

Scope of the Rules

These rules apply to all content created by users, guests, or vendors within the Halaa Platform, including event names, messages, photos, videos, comments, service descriptions, and any other content uploaded or sent through the platform. Acceptance of these rules and of the Terms and Conditions is a prerequisite to creating any content.

02Article Two

Prohibited Content

You may not post or send any content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, or violent; sexual or obscene; deceptive or fraudulent; spam or unauthorized advertising; impersonates others; infringes intellectual property rights; invades others' privacy; or endangers others' safety. Any content that violates Islamic law, the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or public morals is also prohibited.

03Article Three

Minors and Sensitive Information

The platform must not be used to publish sensitive information about minors without guardian consent, and care must be taken with event and guest data that may contain personal information. Collecting or publishing individuals' data without a lawful basis is not permitted.

04Article Four

Reporting and Blocking

The platform provides tools to report and block violating content or users. When a user is blocked, the blocked party's content disappears from the blocker's view. We encourage users to report any violation promptly using the reporting tools available on the relevant screens.

05Article Five

Moderation and Appeals

The platform may hide or remove violating content, or restrict or suspend an account. A user may appeal through support@halaa.com.sa by providing the account or report identifier, without sending passwords or verification codes. An authorized team reviews the appeal and action history and may uphold or change the decision under these rules and applicable law.

06Article Six

Response Times and Emergency Escalation

Reports are reviewed as soon as reasonably possible according to severity; Halaa does not currently publish a binding numeric response time. Halaa is not an emergency service. If there is an imminent threat to safety, contact the competent authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia directly.

07Article Seven

Repeat Offenders and Account Suspension

Repeated violations may result in temporary or permanent account suspension at the platform's discretion, taking into account the severity of the violation and the user's history. The platform reserves the right to take necessary legal action where appropriate.
